Fits to the bike after cutting off the protruding end of the screw after installing it on the fender. It seemed too long and I didn't want it to cut a groove in the tire. The little plastic tab broke when I tried to place the hood in its intended spot on the fender so I had to use a piece of velcro to hold it in place, apart from looking nice.
