Great tool! - Tool Sets and Gadgets

My new favorite kitchen tool! This Hasselback potato cutter works like a dream! Perfect slices in less than a minute! Great for the microwave or oven... I reheat the potatoes for a few minutes and then into a hot oven to crisp the skins, brushing them with oil once or twice. Ready for a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkling of spring onions, salt and freshly ground pepper or wherever your taste buds take you. I just ordered 4 more to give away!
