This shoe truly IS "Perfection" in every way. These shoes are more suitable for wearing with casual wear than for working out or wearing with workout gear. The entire upper part of the shoe, part of the shoe, is made of stretchy material that feels like a dream on your feet. In addition, the shoe bed has a deliciously soft insole that adds a dreamy feel. When you put these shoes on, it looks like you've slipped your feet in pillows or marshmallows. Walking in them is a pleasure. I wear size 7M and this is the size I ordered and they fit perfectly. As they are stretchy I believe that if you are between sizes you could probably go down a size and they would fit just fine. If they come in other colors trust me I will buy them all.
