Review on Keyboard A4Tech KV-300H gray by Mateusz Dbski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A wonderful product, it's nice to use.

I bought the first such keyboard for the office back in 2022, and almost immediately took the same one home. I switched to it from keyboards with full-size keys, and in fact I was very pleased. The typing speed has increased, and the pleasure of typing in general. I don't use USB ports on it, so I can't say anything here. Once every couple of years I change it to a new one, simply because the previous one gets dirty and collects dust and any small debris between the keys. At the same time, all the previous ones are technically efficient, there are no complaints about this. It's just that it's faster for me to buy a new keyboard than to disassemble and clean the old one with an unpredictable result)) Now this is the third one in a row. So I strongly recommend it.

Pros
  • 1. Feelings from work. This keyboard is a pleasure to type on. This includes both tactile typing, button surfaces and crisp, short key travel, as well as an unobtrusive click sound. 2. Layout. Here is the standard classic layout of the keys. No non-standard perversions in the spirit: let's make a vertical Enter and a short left Shift to cram a couple of extra keys and mix the block of buttons above the cursor. Everything is where it should be. 3. Weight. The keyboard is heavy, on rubberized legs, and therefore does not crawl on the table when working. size 4. This is a full-sized keyboard, but at the same time quite compact due to the fact that it has practically no protruding margins around the perimeter. 5. Stylish design. Everything is in place, nothing superfluous catches the eye. Very successful combination of silver, black and white. Unobtrusive LEDs Caps Lock, Num Lock and Scroll Lock, a pleasant green tint. When working, they are clearly distinguishable during the day, and do not hit the eyes at night.
Cons
  • Cons are very conditional: 1. The spacebar sometimes sounds a little louder than other buttons. But I don't remember having keyboards that were any different. 2. When buying one of the keyboards, the “I” key creaked slightly. One spray of WD-40 was enough to get everything back to normal.
