Not worth the money
The instructions are poorly written and in broken English. (That's what we get from Made in China.) I watched a few videos from other companies that helped. The problem lies in the plastic middle section. ( Cat). You need to place the blinds slightly to the left of center in order for the blinds to fan out properly. The double sided tape should probably be put one on the blinds and one on the window so you can inflate the blinds. Even better, I would flip the blinds once or twice to make sure you get the look you want.
