This is an updated review. I have contacted customer service regarding my charging situation for the "Fast Charger" which is taking longer than expected. They answered me quickly and suggested using a different charging box. I accepted their offer and noticed a difference in load times. If you have any problems, I recommend you to contact support with your problems. I was thrilled to see that the Lightning cable was sold as a pair, which wasn't very expensive. I used it with a Baseus Gan 65W USB-C charger. As you can see from my photos, it took much longer than expected to charge. I haven't used my cell phone for anything. Just let it charge. I've used lightning cables which only took 45 minutes/hour to reset my phone from almost dead to 100%. I have another USB-C charger I want to try using it with. Will update after I use it.
