Review on 🎤 Behringer C-2 Matched Pair Studio Condenser Microphones by Patricia Jordan

My daughter's choir has a very limited sound budget. It was an absolute requirement that we spend the money wisely and still get quality sound. After reading other reviews of these mics (both good and bad) we bought two sets for our end of year school program. The students sing jazz and pop music. Many of the songs were acapella. Before purchasing, I compared the C-2's performance to several more expensive microphones. The Behringer C-2 microphones were quite sensitive and, with their directional characteristics, enabled good feedback suppression. Finally, because we wanted expensive mics (because most of the time you get what you pay for!), we bought the C-2 instead and couldn't be happier with their performance. Like other reviewers this is my opinion for the price they couldn't be better. I have normal hearing (not professional at all) and find that there is no significant improvement in sound between these and other more expensive mics. With dedicated monitoring equipment, you might notice slight differences in sound, but they're probably not significant enough to justify the extra cost. After all, live performance is about being heard clearly and controlling feedback. These mics come at an incredible price. We don't need more expensive microphones. They are perfect for our needs. I firmly believe that you get a lot more than you pay for with C-2. buy you. I don't think you will be disappointed.
