A bit short in length

These are of acceptable quality although a bit small in length. I ordered a 10.5 and received a 44 which is about the same but slightly smaller than the size 4 shoes I previously bought. 11 may or may not be too big, I have nothing to compare. Also, the precision buckle is too long (I usually wear 10.5D), even tightening it as tight as possible still stays loose. I would try thicker socks but as I said the shoes are a bit short and then I end up with a compressed toe.
