For a studio apartment, the power of such a conder is more than enough. Cools just super, and subsequently keeps a stable temperature. As a dehumidifier, it also works well. Sometimes it pours from the outlet tube like a bucket. Turned on heating in the spring. Comfortable enough, even without turning on the convector.
