One of the Best "Budget " Brands

In the Class of Other "Budget" Brands Recognized by Artists. These are smooth, overlying colors with great intensity. You can use mineral spirits to dissolve and blend them or a blender stick, but they don't dissolve in water like watercolor pencils. As for lightfastness, I'm not sure, and the pens don't give a color name, just a number. So you need to create a diagram to remember what's what. But they work very well and cost a lot less than Polychromos or Prismacolor sets.
