I ordered this and received it the next day in perfect condition. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the appearance you can create with it looks the same but the performance is great. Mats need some time to mix. Another reason I gave it 4 stars is that I had to work with different shadows, a cream color for blending and a deeper matte color for our outer corner. I personally don't want this to be used as a standalone palette. I also don't think it's suitable for beginners. That said, I love it and am so glad I ordered it! The packaging is great. It feels far more precious than it is. The shadows feel like butter. They last all day with a primer (I always wear a primer). The top tier are eyeshadow toppers, they have no main pigment so they work best on mattes. They can also be used alone, but they will only be shiny, but at the same time very beautiful. These toppers are very shiny, the sequins are very finely sanded giving a dewy super shiny look without the large sequins. I am so excited about this palette. It is best used when you want to take your time preparing. Recommended for all makeup lovers!
