VIGLT: Unsatisfactory Support for Customers and Annoying Policies Regarding Returns

As someone who does a lot of shopping online, I was excited to check out VIGLT because of their reputation for having knowledgeable sales associates and making it easy to return items without a lot of hassle. Unfortunately, my experience with the business did not live up to the standards I had set for it. To begin, although their website was simple to traverse, I found that the product descriptions lacked the level of detail that I would have liked. When I contacted their customer support team with questions, I received a response that was both slow and unhelpful, which left me feeling both frustrated and confused. In addition, when I received my purchase, I was dissatisfied with the product quality, which was not what I had expected. Despite the fact that I am aware that the retailer does not always have control over matters of this nature, I discovered that their procedure for processing returns was cumbersome and time demanding. Not only was I responsible for paying for the cost of return shipping, but the procedure itself was not as simple as I had hoped it would be. My time spent with VIGLT has, on the whole, left me with a sense of dissatisfaction and despondency. The fact that they made an effort to provide excellent customer service and a returns policy is something I greatly appreciate; however, I found that their execution was lacking. I have no intention of buying any of their merchandise in the foreseeable future, and I would not suggest VIGLT to anyone else.
