Great tool kit! I have a 2018 Vstrom 1000 and plan to ride mostly on the freeway but also some decent dirt roads in parts of Nevada and Utah where few people ride. So with the tools on board I probably won't have any problems. Without her I will have a problem! I bought this for myself and any other rider that goes with me. My main idea is to have tools to solve three main problems. Flat tire, open circuit and spark plug problem. Unfortunately I have to narrow down my set; It weighs about 7 pounds and the wheel circumference is 4 inches. Lets see what happens! Under the seat, where there is a small spot for tools, I stowed a small bag with non-essential items like a 36mm head for the rear axle. I followed You Tube's advice on what to take. Best advice was to use tools when working on a bike. I found I was missing a hex key and 14mm socket.
