This throttle is not engineered correctly. The way the throttle cable attaches to the hand grip does not leave enough exposed cable at the other end to attach to the carb. Technically, its the cable that is wrong. You could modify the end of the cable sheath by cutting off the metal end and cutting back some of the sheathing to make it work. Also, the housing where the twist is contained was quite large and would not fit behind my brake lever. After fooling around with it for over half an hour or more, I just chose to reuse the original twist part and switch the rubber hand grips.
