I received this product on time and the packaging was very good. Installing Bluetooth on my computer was very easy and quick. I work in a call center and need the perfect headset. I can hear my clients perfectly but unfortunately the microphone doesn't work well and clients tell me they can't hear me well or they hear me but have no connection. So I had to go back to my regular office headset which was huge and uncomfortable and had to buy another one from a different brand.
