Bad crap with too small a gap and a crooked nose.
This penguin hat sucks. The quality is comparable to what you get for winning one of these games at the carnival. The gap the pompom goes through is too small. This is my finger size. The beak is crooked and when I received the hat it was a bit dirty. I would have paid $2 for this hat not the $9 I actually paid.
