Received my Revain order today for a set of 4 Moscow Mule copper mugs. When I opened the box and started washing the items I noticed that there was a nickel sized flat on 1 cup. I have also noticed and felt that the lips on each cup and 3 out of 4 cups are not smooth to the touch and have rough spots. It's as if mugs were coated with a protective varnish, their mugs placed lips down before the varnish had dried. Since it's a bank holiday weekend, I have no choice but to save the mugs and use them for a few holiday gatherings. However, I will definitely reconsider ordering more products from this company for my bar in the future. Update The company's customer service contacted me and after looking at the photos insisted that this would be done at the time of delivery but sent me a set of 2 new mugs and related accessories. The box was delivered today and after opening the shipping envelope there was a small box inside and upon opening the box I unpacked 2 new cups. I unfolded the cups and examined them. The first cup was fine and looked great. The second mug had a dent that was deeper than the mug from the previous set. It may have happened during shipping, but after inspecting the box, there were no marks or deformations on the box to indicate that it had been damaged in transit. The paper envelope states that the box has been sent, of course it is impossible to check for damage in transit. Overall the company was friendly and very helpful, now I will cut my losses and be happy with what I got. I'm taking the six mugs I currently have and making a set of 4 in near perfect condition. I save the other two mugs for loud friends when they drop by so I don't have to worry about damaging a good set. This is my experience. I increased my rating from 3 to 4 stars because of the customer service attempt to help, not because of the quality of the products received.
