I've been looking for a new Bluetooth headset for a few months. I work from home so all my appointments are on Zoom. I have tried 3 headsets before this. I had issues with audio clarity, disconnection during calls, pairing issues. This headset really works. I've had it for a few weeks now and it's been used in many of my meetings. I haven't had a single drop or hearing problems. The range of this piece is also impressive. My office is at the front of the house and I can go through 2 walls and appliances to the back room of the house and it's still clean. When I take it back, it automatically connects to my computer. This saves time as you don't have to turn it on and wait for it to connect. The only thing I want to work on is the mute button on my computer. I can't do it for this because I haven't found a headset where it is yet. However, this actually worked and worked well for me.
