Provides excellent cushioning and comfort for standing desks. Front, side, and back strikes are good for massaging the feet and help change stance. There is enough room for multiple standing positions and even walking/swinging (I wear size 13 shoes so have large feet). When kicking, you can put one foot a little higher and after a while switch to another standing position. The only downside to this mat is that the bottom is not non-slip. So if you use it on a hard surface that is also non-slip, the mat tends to slip a bit. It doesn't matter and I won't count it towards the product because it doesn't claim that. It's also not a problem if you have carpet. This is a great rug and I recommend it. I've only been using it for a month, but so far so good, no signs of wear.
