These keyboard and mouse wrist rests are great for relieving your wrists while working on the computer. They're filled with some sort of flexible, gel-like material that's just enough to be comfortable while still providing support when I'm typing and using a mouse. The mouse is attached to a mouse pad that is compact enough not to take up too much space, but still has enough room to move the mouse pointer from one side of the screen to the other. Very happy with the purchase.
