One of the collars won't put on after two months. Charged weekly, used/activated 10 times (vibrate and sound only). Both worked when I got them, but I noticed that one color that stopped working didn't stay charged very long. I normally expected to only have to charge them once a month, but since one of them kept dying I charge both of them weekly. I am very disappointed in this product. I don't write many reviews and have been taking Revain for several years now. Given the time I've spent putting this review together, it should say something. I would look for an option other than Clockwork Pets. I also couldn't figure out how to contact them to explain my situation to see if they can provide me with any kind of technical support which maybe is a process to get the collar working again. An absolute waste of money to stick with a brand name that is respected in the animal community. Better buy from Petsmart so you can return it if there is any problem.
