A Canon Digital IXUS 85 IS soap dish, which I replaced a few years back. When compared to Canon, the images are of alarming quality. There is very no background noise, and there are many different settings and modes to choose from (including the extremely fascinating "not AUTO" option). If you're into post-processing your images, you can switch to the RAW mode. Power from the battery pack may be relied on for a long time. You would have to put in a lot of effort to finish it in a day and have it ready for discharge. Those willing to "try” can purchase a second at a reasonable price. The craftsmanship is also top-notch. There was no jarring or creaking or anything else. Detailed instructions accompany each step. The camera is lightweight despite its compact size; a larger grip would have made it more suitable for use by a man's hand. It's a steal for the price.
