Piss poor Warranty and tech supprort
Product "was" warranted for 1 year when I purchased it. Failed 3 weeks ago and I had 3 weeks left on warranty. Looked it up and they changed from 1 year to 3 months. Attempts to contact Tech Support ended up with crickets. I will not purchase frem them again since they obviously ignored me. Unless they want to try now? Hoping this review sparks some interest from them. Hey, ya'all listening? Love to update this by saying they honored the original warranty.
