The price of this irrigation thread is unbelievable! I love all the different adapters and the print is awesome. Other reviews have complained about the pressure regulator on the handle, but that's not a problem, I repeat, unless you're a complete idiot. It is of good quality, easy to use, the tank does not leak, and all the parts are very convenient to store. The tips snap securely into place and there is a button for easy removal. I never thought I'd be interested in a tongue cleaner, but I actually use it every night now. For those of you who are new to flossing if you have never done it before, you will be amazed at the residue that comes out even after regular brushing and flossing. I also like that it doesn't take up much space, it's fairly flat against the wall and doesn't take up much space on my small sink. Also for the price I think this is an amazing tool. I haven't used an irrigator but I don't see how it could be much better. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it. In fact, I can buy it for all three of my 20 children by Christmas. Small update: I think with any water filament system if you put the tank back on the bottom with the rest of the water it creates a biofilm that is difficult to wash off. I put my container in the dishwasher which works great and now I lift the lid and when I'm done flossing I flip the container over the top of the lid to dry and this prevented biofilm from forming.
