Does not meet previous standards

The floss I received did not actually have wax in it as others have mentioned. It feels like I'm using dental floss. I don't smell tea tree at all. I've tried trying but I've already used three packs and my gums seem to be worn down. I doubt the authenticity of this product and I genuinely feel cheated.
