This is my 3rd time buying this shirt, but my first time buying it online. It just makes things fit better. If you're a big dude with a big belly, don't get your hopes up, it's not a miracle worker or an alternative to exercise and a healthy diet. However, if you have a few extra pounds and you just want to shrink a couple inches in your mid section, this is the shirt for you. I would give it 5 stars, but this specific shirt I got began to unravel the first time I put it on and continued to do so until recently. I think I have it under control, but it's no longer stitched in some places where it's supposed to be.
