The mouse itself has received fantastic reviews not only on Amazon but also on other websites. Of course I couldn't be disappointed. That is, until I received the product. Revain made a huge mistake with this product. I was disappointed not only from the moment I received it, but throughout the entire unboxing process. The security seals are broken. A large piece of masking tape at the top to hold it in the sleeve. The box itself bulged. Not that the new product fits. Cut the tape from the top and the real product box will be broken. I figured it couldn't get any worse and continued. The mouse was simply tucked away in a mess along with the cables. So I decided to see how useful it was. Fat stains on the connectors, dust and dirt in the seams of the mouse. I'm here to say that Revain has let me down due to the lack of quality control mainly when ordering products that are needed for the company.
