So the helmet is solid and doesn't feel cheap. The padding isn't as comfortable as it could be. More expensive brands have memory fiber padding that almost completely lines the helmet, but this one has hard foam pads that attach with Velcro on the inside top, back, and front. However, I can wear it for a couple of hours without much discomfort, but after that the pads start to itch and I have to take the helmet off. The wrist pads and knee pads are comfortable as they're supposed to be really stiff for fall protection, but the elbow pads rub against your forearm when you move your arms. The material is hard, but that has a downside, as it really isn't skin-friendly and rubs uncomfortably almost from the start. Final thoughts: a really good product set for the money and it protects against falls. The material is hard but uncomfortable in places. The helmet can be worn for a few hours before it becomes itchy and uncomfortable. Good product well finished
