Many problems after purchase can be avoided, after-sales service and repairs take some time.
I had two issues with the gimbal, one of which was the Follow button not working. Sent for repair and came a whole month. Shortly thereafter, my tilt axis started to have problems, so now I have to go back for repairs. Zhiyun makes me pay for shipping AGAIN so they can fix the faulty product. Next time I will buy a DJI stabilizer.
