Many problems after purchase can be avoided, after-sales service and repairs take some time.

I had two issues with the gimbal, one of which was the Follow button not working. Sent for repair and came a whole month. Shortly thereafter, my tilt axis started to have problems, so now I have to go back for repairs. Zhiyun makes me pay for shipping AGAIN so they can fix the faulty product. Next time I will buy a DJI stabilizer.

About this product and the camera lock

I usually use a Sony a7iii × Tamron lens. I was thinking of a lab or faucet 3 to buy. I looked at the reviews on YouTube and bought the Crane 3. It was right! Maybe my kits will work with the lab, but just work. Crane 3 works great. I often shoot from a low angle, so this is perfect for me. My least favorite feature is the weight. But it's normal. A few problems with the Sony A7-III (too many)

I like this gimbal, but it doesn't match the Sony A7-III in many ways, a few limitations: 1. The time lapse and trajectory guide functions not to trigger the camera, there are no videos or photos. I have the latest firmware 2. The Pano.3 function does not work. Andycine A6+ external monitor turns off when connected to camera while Weebil S is on. The only way for the camera to use the Webill S's monitor is to disconnect the camera stabilization cable. It's really disturbing not being able to…

Easy to balance and control

Amazing gimbal. I used it all day and never felt my hands get tired. Advantages: 1. Most ergonomic gimbal2. enough payload to handle the Canon 5d Mark iv from 24-70.3. Best of all, you can lock the customized axle for perfect balance4. When the gimbal is not in use, the axis can be locked and the arm rotation avoided5. wireless transmission is good 6. Great high performance gimbal with good ergonomics

I used to have a 2 tap and now I have a weebill lab too. Crane 3 has a very significant quality improvement. The axle locks are much stronger and more secure than those in the Weebill lab. What probably surprised me the most was how easy it was to balance it compared to other gimbals. Adjusting the various axles is much smoother than the Ronin, which I find it really difficult to adjust the axle as it's so stiff. Stable gimbal with a new design

Crane 3 is the latest offering from Zhiyun, a company that I believe has always made reliable products. With this new gimbal they have introduced a new design which I think has some great pros and cons. Despite being larger, it doesn't feel too big to me, and the build quality feels like an improvement. from the Weebil lab.
