I have medium to short natural nails. My nails tend to split because of my autoimmune disease. It is worth buying these nail wraps. They keep my nails from splitting. They are easy to attach and cut. Then I apply clear coat, I use ella+mila in rush coat. Nail wraps last longer with good clear coverage. I can wear a set of nail wraps for 3-4 weeks. When I want to change the pattern they come off easily or you can use nail polish remover.
