I bought this article with a coupon discount, so it was very cheap. I use this for iPhone 12 Pro with magsafe compatible case i.e. with ring magnet on the back. This device holds the phone very securely in the car air vent. Before installing it in the car, I was skeptical about how it would attach to the air vent and if it would be safe. I don't have to worry about it once installed - it was pretty well designed. I tested the charging speed at home by connecting it to the same power bank that I regularly use for Apple's original Magsafe charger. As expected, the charging speed isn't great since this device isn't magsafe certified. About 40-50% slower. I plan to use this device in the car to charge my phone in case I travel long distances. So normal for my use. I just hope that in the coming months everything works the way I tested it.
