Not a great product.
The crockery is not bad, but not for long-term use. I make food for my dog and freeze it in these containers and then thaw it in the fridge to use. Unfortunately, I have found containers to break. They are not roughly treated and are hand washed (I don't have a dishwasher). I'm not sure what else can be done to keep these containers alive longer. I actually returned them to the seller (no problem with the seller) unopened and unused (I couldn't cancel the order) because I found them on sale and cheaper at the grocery store.
