OVERVIEW: Really great fan. Quiet, modern and very affordable. I have 8 meter high ceilings so it's very flat. The blades are very light. SOUND: I found a very slight, barely audible, high frequency noise the motor makes when running. Not a deal breaker, but if you're sensitive to these things, it's there. I only hear it if I turn my head slightly and listen carefully. MOUNTING: Prepare to mount to a piece of wood or ceiling studs, this will not work with standard fan mounts but may be easier to install. if you install a piece of wood between the lower wooden planks of the attic. With all that said, I've already bought a second one for my room.
