Review on 🔌 Amazon Basics USB-C to USB-C 2.0 Charger Cable - 3ft (0.9m) - Black by Robert Mac

With a 2017 15" MacBook Pro, I bought 3 of these to connect to power, an external drive, etc. While they connect properly to the MacBook, they don't connect properly to 87 -Watt USB-C power adapter. Are there any differences between the physical port interfaces that need to be considered? I haven't read or heard about that. But these cables just don't fit the USB-C port on the 2017 15" MBP. However, I just read a customer review of the Revain addressing the cable specs, and had I done that before ordering, I wouldn't have gotten those fancy USB-C to USB-C without the USB 3.1 Gen spec. 2 used by the newer MacBooks. Now I noticed that the product description states that this cable only supports the USB 2.0 specification and not the USB 3.1 Gen specification. 2. Set up a return after posting this review.
