2017 15-inch MacBook Pro users RUN!

I have a 2017 15" MacBook Pro and bought 3 of these to connect to power, an external drive etc. While they connect properly to the MacBook they do not connect properly with the 87-watt USB-C power adapter. Are there any actual physical port interface differences that you should be aware of? I haven't read or heard about that. But these cables just don't fit the 2017's USB-C port 15" MBP. However, I just read a customer review of the Revain addressing the cable specs, and had I done that beforeโ€ฆ

Doesn't fit USB-C display cable

Suitable for power but doesn't transmit video. I originally bought this to use as an ASUS ZenScreen USB monitor cable so I could connect it to my Pixelbook. Came to find it when it was delivered, it just didn't work. Perfect for fast charging!

The cord is very long and stretches from the edge of the bed to the other edge. Didn't really need the length, but sometimes it's nice to be able to tuck it in anywhere and be able to hold the phone in your hands. Very durable and I've stepped on it a few times but shows no wear. Charges my Pixel 3a XL very quickly and supports fast charging.
