Review on AIRCAST by Dan Venegas

Having previously bought a wide range of medical supplies and equipment from other vendors, my experience with the items I received from AIRCAST was less than satisfying. Their website was simple to use, and they had a wide variety of goods, but I didn't have much success with any of them. Unfortunately, none of the supports, braces, or splints I bought were a good fit and performed their job. And the health and home goods I bought were of dubious quality and failed to deliver as promised. I attempted to get in touch with their customer service department to resolve an issue I was having, but I found that they were both unhelpful and insensitive. I was left with ineffective products and no options for redress, and they provided me with neither answers nor recommendations for replacements. Based on my experience with AIRCAST, I cannot endorse their web store. While they do have a number of options, I was not impressed with the quality or performance of their products.
