The customer service is very friendly, fast at responding with any questions I have asked them about their product or services! They also offer many different payment options which can be helpful when making payments online. It's easy to use as well since it has an interface similar to PayPal so you don't need knowledge of coding languages etc., just like using Paypal itself!! Nothing really bad yet but maybe if they add more features down the road then there could possibly be some downsides? If anyone wants quick access to credit card processing without having to pay high fees do give this software try out first before deciding whether its right for your business needs. We run our small marketing firm from my home office where we work remotely via computers/phones; therefore being able to process all transactions through one place makes life much easier than dealing separately with each client who requires paying bills monthly (or quarterly).
