left/right channel reversed from normal
Unfortunately I thought the first device must be connected incorrectly as all the other speakers and headsets I have work fine in Windows. Usually you just open the sound tool, click on the test and the sound comes out of the left and then the right speaker. You could probably fix this with a simple rewire, but given that most other soundbars are in the same $25-$30 price range, why bother. There are also several third-party software options for switching audio channels.
