I give Nispira 5 stars for customer service only. We had a defective valve that was leaking. Revain will not replace any part without us returning the entire device in the original packaging, ordering a new device, then funding my account, etc. I texted Nispira straight away and they sent the valve for free! This kind of customer service is very important to me these days. I really appreciate it, the replacement arrived quickly and with no leaks! Revain probably have some kind of policy that wouldn't allow this deal to be convenient so I'm giving them 3 stars this time. I bought this cold brewer for my husband for Christmas. He really likes the look of this model! We find it very appealing. It gives 4 stars due to the very thin glass and assembly was a little tricky to keep the base flat and not wobble. He ended up bending the base and he's definitely mechanically tilted. It doesn't bother him much. He read the reviews before choosing Nispira, so he paid close attention to the details when cleaning it. But I'm the one removing it, and yes, be careful. Hope that helps!
