Despite the fact that Hipat may give the impression of being an excellent online store for accessories related to sports and outdoor activities, my interactions with the company have left me feeling extremely let down. Both the standard of their products and the assistance they provide to customers is unsatisfactory. In the first place, I discovered that the products that I ordered from Hipat did not live up to the expectations that were advertised for them. The camping tent I bought had holes in it even though it was only exposed to a light rain shower, and the hiking backpack I bought started breaking apart after just a few uses. Considering the high values that I paid for these items, I was extremely dissatisfied with the low quality of the products that I received in return. In addition, when I attempted to contact the customer support team at Hipat to discuss these issues, I found that they were both unhelpful and unresponsive to my inquiries. Before I could even get a response, I was required to send numerous emails and make several phone calls, and even after all of that, the solutions that they provided did not meet my expectations. My experience has shown that Hipat falls short in terms of both product and customer service, despite the fact that it may appear to be a convenient online store for sporting goods and outdoor accessories. Overall, however, this is not the case. They do not have products that are dependable and of good quality, so I would not recommend them to anyone looking for such items for their outdoor activities.
