I like how they have an easy to use interface, with many out of the box modules available for customization. The system works well across multiple environments (cloud, server-to-server). They don't do enough workflows or integrations beyond this one module. No customer support unless you are talking about their sales team. There's not much here but if it fits your needs then go ahead. We needed a way to easily integrate our invoicing into our ERP through a single source. This made life easier in terms of billing as we didn't need to spend time setting up new templates each month.
