I like how they have an easy to use interface, with many out of the box modules available for customization. The system works well across multiple environments (cloud, server-to-server). They don't do enough workflows or integrations beyond this one module. No customer support unless you are talking about their sales team. There's not much here but if it fits your needs then go ahead.

Also provides good reporting features along those lines which could also help make troubleshooting issues simpler than some others provide via reports alone so less overhead
Easy to set up, can be used with other software or in stand alone mode (on its own server). Nothing so far - it's stable but not too exciting either! The price for such a powerful solution should have been higher at least by half than what they charge currently. Would like them as an add-in module of our accounting system instead of using their standalone version - we would get better performance, less hassle from IT department etc which are some key points here when choosing your provider :)β¦
