I don't even know where to start. I received a fan filter that appeared to be of good quality. However, it was a bit small. width and length. I was fully expecting to get in touch with Revane and start the return process. But I noticed that there is a phone number on the flyer/manual that came with it. So I took a hundred and called. Very much looking forward to getting a rep or record from Revain. Imagine my surprise when a real person answered me! I spoke to Paul (owner/manufacturer I think, imagine Bezos answering your call hahahaha). After a short chat, Paul sent me a new filter screen. I couldn't be happier. When the new one arrived it was about an inch shorter (which I was willing to put up with). I called again to inform Paul of the dimensions that the fan manufacturer may have gotten wrong in their measurements. Before I had time to explain, he sent me another screen (with the dimensions I gave him). I'm blown away! Even if it's a bit short, the product works great! I don't see any reduction in airflow either. But even if the product wasn't of good quality or ineffective, I still give it 5 stars based on Paul's professionalism and caring approach.
