I never thought in a million years that I could fix a vacuum cleaner myself, but I did it! There is a video on YouTube (2 parts) that shows exactly how to do it. At the beginning it will tell you the 3 tools you need (order them with this hose) and you will be done. It's basically a matter of unscrewing a lot of screws, the hardest part is putting the ball back together (you'll know exactly what I'm talking about when you get there), but other than that it's pretty easy. If I can do it, anyone can.
