They fit perfectly. They have a wider toe but the rest of the shoe has a regular fit. This is perfect for me because usually a large width is too loose in everything but the toe. They are also very light while still providing excellent support. Keep in mind that shoe sizing is generally less than 0.5, and it's best to get sizing from someone who specializes in shoes. For reference, I wear a size 8.5 in street shoes, but for running and impact, I personally need a size 9.5.
