I gave them to the people. With wearing 2 masks it was very helpful. I apply a blue mask and then a homemade mask. My breath is fine. I tried wearing it with two blue masks and they didn't stay in place either. I tried using a blue mask and one of the thin printed masks but it didn't work. I threaded the blue mask's straps through the holes to keep it from falling off and attached the strap to the mask's arms to hold it in place, then put the mask on. It does not attach to the mask as advertised.
