It's the best purchase I ever made, I will definitely do it again.

Since the robot's wheels are too wide for the tiny aisles, I use a traditional vacuum for thorough cleaning. But I don't think it's because of flaws, because the robot's blueprint doesn't suggest that at all.
It works wonderfully as a weekday helper to keep the flat tidy.
Maintain spotless floors free of food crumbs, pet hair, etc.

Pros

Does a respectable job of sanitizing. After initialization, it constructs a map that allows it to navigate the environment with pinpoint accuracy, avoiding any surprises along the way. Does a good job of cleaning the floor.
