Cooking and I were never mentioned in the same sentence. I had a 13lb frozen turkey that I wanted to cook. I looked for recipes; Everyone needed a brazier. I had no idea if I had 1 as my late wife knew where all the cooking supplies were and she had been gone for over 8 years. I bought this rack. followed the directions and cooked the turkey. Worked great, the shelf is easy to clean and I'm ready for the next time!
