The support team is extremely helpful if you have any issues with your website or need help understanding how it works they are there every step of the way ready to answer all questions in great detail! Their customer service is second-to none which I find really useful as sometimes when working within an agency we get stuck using different software than our client so having someone who knows what's best makes life easier.
We're able solve some technical problems but would be nice to see more tutorials available online instead of only being allowed access through their account manager (although this can work). They also don't provide us with many examples/tutorials that could make things clearer for new clients without needing them to come back asking lots of specific question over time etc - just something that'd save everyone loads of trouble down the line especially once we start getting bigger projects where everything has got hectic at times! Hosting costs can become quite expensive after 6 months so trying not to run up too.
